INTRODUCTION

Overindulgence in alcohol is a common and hazardous behavior that affects


people all around the world.Problem with young people who use alcohol as a
kind of entertainment. Young pupils' drinking habits frequently change and are
erratic, based on the time of year and the day of the week. Really, you need to
show a pattern of regular drinking, before it to be labeled as a dependence
problem, it must occur in maturity.
Prior research suggested that alcohol consumption has a negative impact on pupils' academic achievement because it
might make it challenging for need to balance their social lives and academic obligations, which increases the
likelihood that they will fail or drop out of school classes. Moreover, excessive alcohol use has been linked to a
number of detrimental health effects, including car accidents, unintentional injuries, and fatalities. On the downside,
research has indicated that drinking Alcohol has no discernible impact on a student's performance.
The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between alcohol consumption (during the week or on
weekends) and students academic performance. Also, to determine the optimum combination of significantly
associated factors that help explain students' final grades. The primary goals of this study are to identify the
alcohol's effect on students' final grades as well as other important elements influencing their performance in class.
