Dialog 1
Patient : Good morning
Midwife : Morning too. Let,s go in. Please sit down. Is there anything I can help?
Patient : Yes mom
Midwife : What's your name and how old are you now?
Patient : My name is Siska. I’m 25 years old
Midwife : Good, please tell me what your problem are
Patient : I am 2 months pregnant but I am bleeding and my stomach hurts
Midwife : Since when did you bleed?
Patient : since last night I have been bleeding a little but this morning the bleeding is
getting more and more
Midwife : well, let me check first. Please lie down on the bed
Patient : How are the result mom?
Midwife : From the results of the examination the mother's pressure was very low and the
mother looked very pale. There's quite a lot of blood coming out so we need to do
further tests. I will consult with an obstetrician first.

Midwife : Good morning doctor
Doctor : Morning too. Is there anything I can help?
Midwife : Yes Doctor, I have a pregnant woman patient who is 8 weeks pregnant and she
was bleeding quite a lot
Doctor : Alright, we'll do an ultrasound first

Midwife : Mom, we will do an ultrasound to check the condition of your fetus. Are you
ready?
Patient : Yes mom. I’m ready
Doctor : From the results of the examination, the mother's fetus is not developing, so it is
necessary to do curettage so that bleeding does not occur in the mother. How
about mom, are you ready?
Patient : OK doctor, I'm ready
