One day on a sunny morning at local government clinic

Midwife 1 : Good morning ….sorry I’m late

Midwife 2 : Morning too, yes it’s okay….but don’t repeat it again!

Midwife 1 : Asshiiaaappp….

Midwife 2 : Wkwkwk (LOL)… can you help me the tools been prepared? Later
there is a patient

Midwife 1 : ok….ok

Patient : (knock…knock…) Assalamu’alaikum…..

Midwife 2 : wa’alaikumusslam…oh Mrs come in, please have your sit Mr and Mrs

Patient : thank you,,,,

Midwife 1 : ok....what can I do for you?

Husband : yes..i want to check my wife pregnancy

Midewife 1 : ooh yeeah,, can I might know who the Mrs name and where your live?

Patient : my name is itsna and my husband is dava , I live cokroaminoto street

Midwife 2 : OK.. do you have already children before

Patient : not yet, this is my first time pregnancy

Midwife 2 : emm..how old are you?

Patient : I’am 31 years old and my husband is 35 years old

Midwife 2 : whats your last education? And what is your religion?

Patient : yes ..we are islam and my husband and I graduated from high school

Midwife 2 : excuse me.. I want to wash my hand and I hope you can to continue
without me..ok?

Midwife 1 : Ok..have you had a pregnancy test before?

Patient : yes this morning and the result were positive so I went directly to the
local government clinic

Midwife 1 : alright,,do you remember when the first day of your last menstruation
period is?

Patient : I have forgotten mom

Husband : as I recall, my wife’s last menstruation on January 4,2021 ,my wife said
that she had menstruation

Patient : yes, I started to feel nausea around the past two weeks

Midwife 1 :ohh yeah… right, ussualy in early pregnancy, pregnant women feel
nausea, but Mrs.Itsna have nausea to vomiting?

Husband : no, my wife is just nausea can it be treated?

Midwife 1 : oh yeah, I will give vitamins later to reduce your wife’s ..midwife
asriah can you check Mrs itsna pregnancy?

Midwife 2 :yes,, can I check your pregnancy?

Patient : yes please check…

Midwife 2 : bassed on the examination that has been carried out, the result is that
the mother’s pregnancy is 5 weeks the stimated delivery of the women
is on sept 11,2021.. her pregnancy still young. So I haven’t checked the
stomatch because it’s not palpable

Husband : how old is the pregnancy usually felt by the fetus?

Midwife 1 : usually the gestational age of approximately 12 week has been felt by
her pregnancy, so madame please go to the laboratory to do another
check up

Husband : where is the laboratory?

Midwife 1 : next room, if the examination is complete ,sir and Mrs come back here

Husband : ok..we went to the side room thank You

Lab officer : wa’alaikumusslm, come in sir and miss what can I do for you

Lab officer : let’s sit here.. may I take a sample of your blood for examination?

Patien : yes you can but I’m afraid

Lab officer : don’t be afraid, this doesn’t hurt, take a deep breath.. I’ve taken the
blood ,please wait for the result outside,, I will call back later

Patient : yes thank you

Lab officer : Mrs ? this is the result of your examination,

Husband : How is the laboratory result

Lab officer : Alhamdulillah ..the result are good, everything normal please bring it
back to the maternal and child health room

Husband : Alhamdulillah…thank you

Patien : this is the result of the examination

Midwife 1 : ok lets sit down,,,alhamdulilllah the result are good, everything normal
this is Mrs itsna’s prescription medication please take it at the
pharmacy and on 4 march next month please come back again and come
immediately if there is a complaint,,, any question?
Patient : nothing and thank you
