A INSPECTION OF FULL BODY SAFETY HARNESS

6 Check Hook for easy operation

7 Check “D” ring for any damage

8 Check Sealing Thread of Belt.

10 Check webbing for cleanness.

11 Check webbing for easy closing and Opening.

12 Check Fall Arrester attachment hook for any tear.

B INSPECTION OF SAFETY HELMET

3 Check Body for any crack or damage

4 Check Chin Strip for any damage.

5 Check Helmet Liner for any damage.

6 Check Inner fiber body

7 Check all attachment socket with outer body

8 Check helmet for Cleanliness

C INSPECTION OF FALL ARRESTER

3 Check Body for any wear and Tear

4 Opening and Closing operation should be smooth.

5 Check lock nut for thread damage.

D INSPECTION OF SAFETY SHOES

3 Check Body for any wear and tear.

4 Check Soul for any crack.

5 Check les hole any damage.

6 Les condition should free from wear and tear

7 Toe cap should be Tough and free from damage.

8 Shoe should be flexible.

Note- Monitoring frequency-every 15 days
