Agenda/Objectives:

1) To showcase students’ performances for the 2 rd quarter,

2) To formulate necessary adjustments and interventions
3) To discuss problems encountered by the students.

Highlights of the Activity:

The school conducted this activity to showcase students’ performances and

students’ outputs for the 2nd quarter which were displayed by subject area.

In gathering, analyzing, and evaluating problems that are encountered by the

students, teachers with advisory were tasked to solicit queries, issues and concerns
from parents/guardians.

It was found out that there are students who have poor study habits and are
addicted to gadgets specifically cellphones which is the main reason why most of their
modules were left unattended. Lack of parents’ guidance is also one of the reason and
this was admitted by some of the parents because they have to work in order to sustain
their family’s needs.

The activity was successful because of the positive response and active
participation of the parents/guardians. They were happy seeing their child’s outputs and
performances.
