Founded in 2003 by Australian Mick Humphreys with a specific focus on solar thermal solutions, Apricus has since
grown into a global company with distribution and support offices worldwide.

With a focus on continual improvement of products, management and service, Apricus completes R&D and
manufacturing in the company-owned facility that is certified to ISO9001:2008 management and production
standards. All of our products are produced with a strong emphasis on simplistic design and ease of installation
while aiming to minimize the environmental impact of all products and operations. With a number of patented
designs, Apricus invests strongly in product improvements and new developments based heavily on feedback from
the diverse global customer base.

Design and Engineering Organization and facilities/capabilities:

● A Chief technical officer guides a team of 10 engineers, who work to design and engineer in the fields of
research and development for improving existing products and develop new ones.
● An experienced team of 120 global engineers and sales managers provide technical and sales support to
distribution network and customers in their respective regions.
● The company has their offices and representation in U.S.A, Australia, New Zealand, India and Europe.
● The company shares a long-lasting relationship with their channel partners in every country to support their
customers locally.

Manufacturing & Testing Organization and facilities:

● The company owns a manufacturing facility to produce high quality Evacuated Tube with Heat Pipe collectors
across the whole vertical.

Third party inspection:

● The company has a ISO 9001:2008 Quality Managed Operation
● The collectors have passed EN12975-1,2(solar Keymark) testing by ISE German
In-house testing facility:
● All collector components are tested to pack and deliver only high end collector.
● Moreover, random samples of solar collectors are picked and periodically checked to
find manufacturing defects.
