Details of my CAS experience/ project

Over the course of 6 months, I will travel to my neighbour's house, Ms Malathi Aunty, and
learn cooking from her, especially that of making sweets. Because my neighbour is an
amazing chef who can make sweets really well, I wanted to learn from her for 6 months
and perhaps learn a new skill along the way.
I am thinking of going to her once a week,
and learning/taking notes for new sweets' recipes, and try it again at my house. I would
reflect every week on my experience.
