Mr. Rohan Nachnolkar has expressed his wish to pursue a Master’s degree from
your reputed university. I know Rohan since last 3 years during his degree course. I
am currently guiding him in his final year project work. He is one of the attentive
student, who focuses on understanding the concepts and underlying principles of it
rather than just learning them for the grades. He is active participant in debates,
discussions of project work which showcased his excellent communication skills.

Rohan and his team is currently working on fabrication and multi body dynamics
simulation of quarter car suspension model of an automobile. I have observed his
dedication and passion during the execution of project work. He has also showed
excellent leadership in getting the work done from his teammates. He is innovative
in his approach and always found new methods to solve a particular problem. His
assignments and projects always had an evolving perspective.

Rohan, apart from his academics has also participated in extra-curricular activities.
He has participated in an international event FSAE Italy in which he was involved in
analysis of chassis and subsystems and contributed in vehicle dynamics group,
where he faired pretty well. He was ranked 40 among 2900 participants across India
in Altair Hyperworks Optimization Contest which is really appreciable.
