Letter of Recommendation

It is my pleasure to provide this letter of recommendation for Mr. PRAKASH VEKARIYA as he seeks
admission in your esteemed university. As Prakash’s sole direct supervisor at Uni-Tech Casting, I have
worked closely with him over the past several months, sharing the same open office space the majority of
the time. Prakash showed excellent communication skills and consistently exceeded company quotas. On
a personal level, he is polite and well-spoken, both qualities that have served him well in his role as
Graduate Engineer Trainee.
Due to keen interest in technology, Prakash is seeking his master’s degree in your university. Allow me to
point out three examples of Prakash’s strengths. First, when he joined the company as a fresher, he
intensely took participation in every point that was being discussed about the job profile. He was so
enthusiastic that he wanted to gain maximum possible knowledge about the subject of the work, whether
it was automobile parts and systems, procurement of raw material, manufacturing processes, as well as
final inspection and packaging. This showed how much he was eager to do his part of the job. Over these
several months, he has shown selfless hard work with sincere efforts. He has always shown calm and
serene nature towards our business partners whom he interacts with and hence has good command over
communication skills.
Second, Prakash has a firm grasp of technology. In just a few months, he has imbibed major part of
automobile subject, specially nomenclature and material of the parts of the four-wheeler private vehicle,
automobile systems, and their working by personally visiting our workshops. He learned about each
machine that was in our plant and also got knowledge about the manufacturing processes that were
carried out on them.
Finally, Prakash has proven himself to be a secure cultural fit here at Uni-Tech Casting. He is always
ready to lend a helping hand to his teammates and contributes during brainstorming sessions and monthly
meetings. Prakash is an active member of the Uni-Tech Casting production team and supports his
colleagues professionally and personally.
