means of this letter I am conveying my interest to join your company for the supervisor/analyst
position.

I am a freshly graduated Bachelor of Engineering Physics with a passion for industrial engineering,
including instrumentation, process safety, and environmental safety, supply chain and logistics.
During my study years, I had gained many experiences in many companies outside of campus. I
sought knowledge in any challenging possible way, proven by my contributions to two companies
in the past 2 years. I had an internship at PT. Sarihusada Generasi Mahardika as a research intern
in the HSE Division. The project was mitigating accidental ammonia release based on risk
distribution using ALOHA modeling and fault tree analysis. During this project, I used many
engineering software such as ALOHA software and AutoCAD. The project was used by the
company for safety audit material. I also had experience in Badak LNG as an internship student in
Facility & Project Engineering Division. I participated in a project during my internship program,
the title was "New Installment of Electric Emergency Shutdown Link at Loading Dock 1 and
Loading Dock 2 Badak LNG". The project was very helpful for the company to consider improving
the ESD link at the facility. Alongside my engineering passion, I also have a passion for knowledge
sharing, so I expanded my career in becoming a freelance tutor for 2 years.

In addition to my experience in a practical environment, I am adept and confident in my

communication and management expertise. This foundation was built upon my work experience
in an international conference where I worked as coordinator of the secretariat division. As a
coordinator, I managed to lead my team in handling administrative, marketing, and paper
submission matters for the event. Furthermore, the event was successfully held with almost 50
papers published in the conference proceeding.

I had always been active in organization and event as well, as I was the steering committee and
coordinator of my university’s international student’s assistant club. I also joined the
instrumentation and technology research club to fulfill my curiosity in engineering and technology.
I make sure I give my best in everything that I do, and I make sure I feed my passion with
challenges and knowledge to help me grow into a better and professional individual.
I personally believe that working at Astra International will be my best achievement ahead,
because of the shared values that we both have. I have read on your page of how is it like to work
in Astra International and I couldn’t imagine another place to work at. I believe that working at
Astra International will be a comfortable and fun place to improve my personality and capability,
and Astra International will support my ambitions and build on my strengths as there are endless
career opportunities.
