After reviewing and evaluating the specifications, supporting documents and price of the products offered by the four lowest bidders for the Supply,
Delivery and Testing of Twenty-Five (25) Emergency Lights for Corridor, Server Room, UPS Room, Genset House, Monitoring Room and Battery Room , we
found out that the quotation submitted by INNOVALITE, INC. did not met the power requirements (only offered 2 x 2Watts ) (See Annex “A”.) and SAGE
TAPPING POINT, INC. could not show any proof that they are an authorized distributor of the product (See Annex “B” showing different product
appearances from Manufacturer’s Website and offered by Sage Tapping Point, Annex “C” showing the Website and product descriptions from Manufacturer
and Annex “D” showing close-up view of product offered by Sage Tapping Point.) thus their quotations are marked Non – Responsive, while the products
offered by LUCKY MAGIC LIGHT TRADING CO. and ECOELECTRIC SOLUTIONS both satisfactorily complied to all the required specifications (See Annex “E”
Showing the Sales Invoice from the Manufacturer of the product offered.) and found to be Responsive. LUCKY MAGIC LIGHT TRADING CO. submitted a price
quotation of ₱45,000.00 while ECOELECTRIC SOLUTIONS submitted a price proposal of ₱37,387.75 making the offer of ECOELECTRIC SOLUTIONS as the
Lowest Calculated Quotation (LCQ).

After evaluation and deliberation, we therefore recommend that the quotation offered by ECOELECTRIC SOLUTIONS in the amount of ₱37,387.75 be
considered for this project and be declared as Lowest Calculated and Responsive Quotation (LCRQ).
