INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS
To fulfill the partial requirement of this course, students are expected to know and understand regarding
legal industrial action in Malaysia. Students are also required to explain the legal advice to the
management and staff to improve good relations between them. This assignment requires students to role
played one (1) of these areas:
You are encouraged to create the events based on your creativity to improvise, combine or modify of the
information. You may add your additional information based on the topic.
Instructions:
3. Students are required to submit the documents in UMSeLF and the documents must be converted to
PDF form.
4. The link of the video presentation must be include in the written report.
5. Assignment should be computer typed using 1.5 spacing using font type ‘Arial’ size 10 for minimum of
10 pages.
6. Assignment submitted late without prior application for an extension or medical evidence will not be
accepted. Extensions are granted only because of certain circumstances. Please be informed that 3
marks will be deducted for each day late from submission date.
7. Plagiarism is a serious academic offence and strictly prohibited. Submission containing any plagiarism
content will strictly be rejected.

impact of the settlement to the management and workers.
