There’s no career development opportunity. My line manager is CFO and CFO
position is held by expatriate.

Achievement :

Reason of Leaving :
My roles consist of 70% accounting/finance roles, and 30% of information
technology roles. For my career development, the information technology roles
should be increased by 50%. I prefered to focus in accounting/finance roles by
leaving the company.
