EXPERIENCE:

Health Care Associate: Labor & Delivery at St. Joseph Warren Hospital
January 2021- present
At this position, I specialize in patient care for mom and baby on our labor and postpartum unit.
This includes phlebotomy, setting up sterile fields for deliveries, obtaining vital signs, and assisting with
circumcisions.
Registrar - Bon Secours Mercy Health: Wick Primary Care/Walk In Clinic - Youngstown, OH
March 2019 to December 2020
I assisted patients with the check in process for both primary care visits and walk in care/acute
visits. I answer phones, work with Epic computer programming, and triage patients. From March to
August 2020, our clinic was converted into a Flu/COVID-19 clinic as part of the pandemic response team
for Mercy Health.

Student Nurse Extern: Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta- Atlanta, GA Summer 2020

In March 2020, I was selected to have the honor of participating in the Student Externship at the
biggest pediatric hospital system in Georgia. Out of 500+ applicants, I was chosen to be on the Transplant
Step-down unit before COVID-19 caused the hospital administration to cancel the program.

December 2017 to October 2019
I have floated around the hospital, working wherever I am needed. This includes the Emergency
Department, Orthopedics, ICU, Cardiovascular, Telemetry and Obstetrics departments. I have assisted
patients with self-care in areas such as, but not limited to: bathing, eating, toileting, ambulating, etc. I am
also proficient in computer and paper charting via the Electronic Health Record.

COMMUNITY SERVICE:

I currently am gaining experience working with newborns to toddlers in the Sunday and Saturday
church services as the child care personnel. On any given Sunday, I can have four to seven infants to
myself ranging from birth to two years old. This position has really honed my skills working with infants
and small children.
