Good day Ma’am / Sir.
I am Rona P. Garcia the supervisor of the Housekeeping personnel’s at iMall Antipolo bayan
branch.
I am here to inform you regards on the AWOL case / status of one housekeeping
personnel Mr. Rjhay Buena. He has been on AWOL status starts from July 24, 2020 up to the
present date. His reasons on being absent / not going to work are not feeling well such as he
has a fever and cough. Which is one of the possible symptoms of the current COVID-19 case. As
the Leader of our unit and considering the safety of all the personnel and staff within our
workplace. I advise Mr. Arjhay Buena to take a RAPID test to ensure of everything is alright
before he assume on his duties. But sad to say until now he did not comply to my advice and
instead, he took another work outside of our company premise. Which results to an accident on
his current workplace. He messages me on my “Facebook messenger” on August 29, 2020 at 6
am in the morning and he said that he had an accident on his current workplace. Which cause
him an injury on the right side of his neck up to his ear
Since that day up until now he did not report on me nor give a follow up information
regards on his condition. So upon asking my superior and asking on what to do on his case we
decided that Mr. Rjhay Buena will be Terminated on his duties in accordance to the RULES
AND REGULATION of our company.
