Good morning ladies and gentlemen and welcome to a seminar on the topic
“BLOOD DONATION”.

As we start our program, I would like to seek your cooperation. Kindly switch your

BEGINNING OF THE SEMINAR
Again, good morning. It is my pleasure to be a facilitator for this seminar. I am
NORWISA P. ANGELES and on behalf of Sultan Kudarat Educational Institution
nursing department, headed by Madam Ritzelle Ecija- Eugenio, RN, RM, MAN,
CHRP, MHcA, our school administrator, Ma’am good morning. To Madam Sofia
M. Natividad, RN, RM, MAN, our dean college of nursing, ma’am. And to the
teachers and students. I would like to extend a very warm welcome to all of you
most especially to our guest speaker REY D. LARROZA RMT

May I request everybody to please rise for an invocation, may I call BRAYAN
ABDUL to lead the muslim prayer and to be followed by singing of the national
anthem and tacurong hymn.

General Objectives:
 At the end of this seminar, the participants will be able to acquire
knowledge regarding the blood donation
