watch. It is so exciting

the game. This sport
gives health benefits
include; increases
endurance, tones and
shapes the body, and
improves
cardiovascular and
respiratory systems.

- Entertainment brings
people together and is
a good way for people
to bond. Life can be
stressful and people
need to relax. Being

way to take some time
out of life and distress

now. This series

on Philippine
television.
