Learning used something that was done in precisely the same way at every

classroom. Students sat in their seats, paid much attention to their teacher, took
notes, and performed tests and exercises. Those that were good at it were fortunate,
then they most likely received good grades. But if not, struggling learners need to
keep up in classes like this, well, that's too awful.

Today's generation of students many students are much inclined with the
technology and pretty exposed to the complex world of the internet.

Face-to-face classes involve learners and educators engaging in actual

environments, and is one of the key distinctions between online and face-to-face
instruction. Online students, on the other side, work at their own pace through
lectures and other instructional materials. They make posts in online discussion
forums and must wait for an answer from a teacher or another student.

Some may think that the delay in interaction inhibits learning, but teachers may
actually use it to their advantage. Teachers should allow students to pause the video
and think about the information provided before proceeding while presenting
complex concepts in lectures. Learners are able at their own speed, ensuring that no
one is left behind.

When changing from face-to-face to online instruction, it's essential to contemplate

the teacher's function. Instead of delivering information to a large group of students
who, for the most part, sit silently, an online teacher acts as a facilitator, allowing
students to engage with one another and discuss the content.

Most students prefer face-to-face learning environments because they are more
comfortable with this process. Students know how to behave in a classroom, but
those taking online classes for the first time may not feel the need to take care of the
platform's learning opportunities.

To make those changes smoother, teachers should make sure that students grasp
how to access all learning resources and encourage them to participate in online
discussion forums with their peers. This information may be presented in the form
of a pre-course video that provides important orientation information and concludes
with a quiz to ensure that students have grasped the material.
Obviously, there are numerous benefits of face-to-face education. Traditional
education has stood the test of time, and emerging activities such as educational
summer camps are growing.

Online learning is a brilliant option, but integrating some of the attributes of face-to-
face learning into the online environment definitely works. As a whole, the online
learning atmosphere is improved.

Hybrid learning is a form of education in which some students participated in real

time instructions, while others participated online. Using technologies such as video
conferencing, teachers can teach both virtual and in-person learners at the same
time.

Blending learning combines live and online learning by augmenting and enriching
face-to-face lectures with online content. Many modern classes are combined to
some degree as technology becomes more readily accessible to teachers and
students.

Blended learning generally requires face-to-face interaction between teachers and

students. Students will have some control over their time, location, direction, and
place in their studying with the online content.

In my on mindset and point of view I believe blended learning and hybrid learning
model both give a great help to the teacher itself because he/she has not to give a
real time instruction all the time. With the combination of face to face and online
instruction whether blended or hybrid learning model a students will be given the
opportunity to learn at their own pace and time. Teachers then functions as
facilitator and guide on the side in both of the blended and hybrid learning model.

These two learning models mentioned above greatly help the learners to improve in
their education and may able teachers also to determine the type of approach which
he or she is going to use to provide a qualitative, realistic and holistic educational
approach that will make the students ready in the challenges brought upon by the
changing of times and be ready for the fight in the global arena.

All students, regardless of background, learn differently, and teaching strategies can
reflect this by creating programs that respond to visual, auditory, and kinetic
learners. Thus to address this I believe the two mentioned learning models which
are the blended and hybrid learning pretty much suits the needs of the 21st century
learner or the so-called Generation-Wifi.
