I, Lia Natalia, brand manager at Thai Tea BoGreen write this letter to you on behalf of my
employee members to apologize. The Sales and Marketing Team, a member of the junior
employee, exhibits attitudes and behaviors that are outside the Standard Operating Procedures
(SOP) when dealing with you. I deeply regret what happened and hope you accept this
apology.

All of our members are professional employees who are given a training program for 3
months before they are accepted to join our company. The Sales and Marketing Team is a
new system that requires the addition of employee members, who are also given proper
training but it happened that one of these teams did something unexpected on December 19,
2020. I am very sorry for his behavior and take full responsibility for the team our sales
