Let me start by saying “You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent

forth.”— by KAHLIL GIBRAN

Remember this, my fellow practice teachers,
As a future teacher, we are the most important part of a learner’s life. Our love of learning
can be infectious and inspiring to any learner we teach. Remember how we nurture the
courage in a learner’s heart. we are a tutor, an enabler, and a caregiver combined, and you
can—and will—make a difference especially in these trying times.
If there’s anyone who is in a position to bring positive change into the world every day, it’s
a teacher. Don’t ever think that your efforts as a teacher are insignificant and make no
difference. There is no telling what positive effect you will have on someone’s life,
especially a student. Be brave, stay passionate about your kids and your work, and don’t
give up—ever.
To our assiduous father of the College Dr. Gerardo Garcia, Our very energetic practice
teaching advisers, Faculty members speakers for today a pleasant morning to all.
My role for today is to give our expectations to our TTI or Teacher Training Instructors. I
interviewed some of my fellow students and this is our expectations
To begin with
1. We expect that they will guide us through the process of achieving remarkable
learning us to how to handle learners virtually and traditionally.
2. We expect that they would be generous enough to share their experiences and
expertise in handling learners to become the best that they can be in these trying
times.
3. We expect them to give us constructive criticism us to how we can improve our
crafts.
4. We expect them to educate us with techniques on how to deliver lessons efficiently
and effectively.
5. We expect that our TTI’s help us cascade learnings that would lead to quality
education.
6. We expect them to trust us in applying the methods and techniques that we learned
from our instructors.
7. We expect them to allow us to explore new ways of integrating technology in
delivering lessons.
8. We expect them to impart knowledge that we learned while connecting this
knowledge to real life situations and experiences.
9. We expect that our TTI’s will correct the mistakes of the ST’s without instilling fear.
10. We expect that our TTI’s will promote professional growth while maintaining
harmonious relationship as ST’s and TTI’s
That the TTI’s and ST’s would both learn valuable lessons from one another.
In ending, knowledge transfer is something that the best thing that we could give to our
learners.
Thank you very much
