The teacher will introduce to students that
our cells divide for us to grow. And for a
cell to divide, there are phases involved in
it. All living creatures are made up of cells.
In plants and animals, there are two major
categories for cells; somatic cells and
reproductive cells. The cell division for the
somatic cells is called mitosis. Mitosis is a
type of cell division that results in two
daughter cells each having the same number
and kind of chromosomes as the parent
nucleus.
