Leaders are the one that forms anything from tiny to big teams, societies to large countries.
They play a key role in managing the scale from micro to macro and producing great ideas
and creativity.
A leader is someone that can see how things should be changed and who brings people
motivated to push towards the greater future. President should push toward making their
dream a success but at the same time keeping people first. It's not enough to have the skills to
inspire people — leaders should be caring and engage with individuals to be efficient.
This form of leadership that has two elements to the actions of care and implementing system
behaviour. Consideration actions and the implementation of structure behaviour are also
strategies to function towards an aim. Consideration behaviour is cantered on individuals,
however, while initiating structure behaviour is based on the job at hand.
The leader or boss displays sincere caring and respect about the staff employed under him as
part of consideration behaviour. It's a style of leadership that fosters true partnerships, loyalty
and unity amongst team members. It includes a team leader who considers each member of
his team as fair and has a "open door" policy where everybody understands that management
can be approached at any time.
By comparison, initiating structure depends on how a person determines tasks within his or
her staff. It includes drawing up job plans, maintaining consistency with laws and regulations
and maintaining that a good working culture is preserved.
Future leaders always should be increasingly dynamic, taking with them a variety of
perspectives. Some may of course depart from current elucidation. The most critical aspect is
that organizations, collectively, are unified in their leadership sense.
Leaders who exhibit consideration conduct can also become more of a buddy to the staff
employed for them than a supervisor. By following the initiating system, a chief would be
much less bosom and much more hierarchical.
Leaders also possess from extraordinary quality and characteristics within them. Some of
them are mention below:
Communication:
Communication abilities are really critical to being a successful chief. Your followers will
translate words and thoughts to you, too. This helps a chief in bringing his staff and
supporters to realize how they should all work to achieve new heights and cope with various
circumstances. Our Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi has excellent diplomatic abilities to
meet and bind such a wide population in our nation.

Team builder:
Leadership needs the ability to create and sustain a solid, cohesive team of people operating
towards the same goal. Group development requires other qualities in leadership, such as
strong management capabilities and dispute resolution. Our beloved founder Mr. Achyuta
Samanta would be one of the best examples of team builders while building a world class
university.

Confidence:
Good leader are the ones that don't simply discuss issues however concoct their own answers
boldly. In addition to be a successful leader one will have the quality of confidence. That
involves being assured enough to drive, realizing that not only is the strategy and mission
realistic for the team but the very best potential choice imaginable. Again, if you have
listened to the speech of our Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi, you would have known
how confidence can transform a local tea vendor into a world figure.

Posing ability to mentor:

The ability to educate and guide is one of the skills which differentiates leadership from many
other competencies. Trying to teach employees successfully or focusing research on how to
succeed throughout their professions allows individuals to accelerate. This talent also allows
leaders to worry less about themselves, and more about how to make their whole team
effective. We can give examples of our Defence Officers as effective mentors of such a large
army.

Visionary:
The dream of an organisation only goes just like the effect a person has on others. A leader
must have the ability to set a target for the organisation and function against the objective
appropriately. Leaders affect their team mates in certain unexpected situations, not based on
their own objectives or performance but on their demonstrated behaviour, life point of view
and disposition. By giving example of such visionaries, we should proudly chant the names of
Shahid Bhagat Singh or Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose who once had the vision of
“Independent India”.
