Role:  Lead – Talent Management & OD


Reporting to: Head – HR & Administration, Aurigene Pharmaceutical Services Limited
Location: Miyapur, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:
● Assessment & Development Methods/Framework: Design and deploy assessment and development framework
relevant to current business and talent needs through ongoing collaboration with HR Business Partners. Work
with HRBPs to resolve business space specific talent/people challenges. Drive harmonization of people processes
and frameworks across business spaces to ensure uniformity in talent approach.
● Deployment of Talent Processes: Co-create talent assessment and development process across the company.
Ensure quality, timely and seamless implementation of talent processes in line with talent calendar. Provide
process clarity to HRBPs in case of implementation issues. Partner with Corporate L&D and HRBPs to facilitate
implementation of development actions. Support talent processes for L3 band role holders through profile
creation and managing implementation of development action/input.
● Succession Planning: Project manage implementation of succession planning exercise for business critical roles
through timely closures. Identify succession risk areas, highlight it to relevant stakeholders and work towards
mitigating the same. Support HR Head in conducting succession planning for business critical roles. Track the
succession readiness and progress of actions through creation of metrics and dashboards.
● Talent IT Systems & Simplification: Closely work with Digital and Process Excellence team and external partners
to deploy org wise talent/capability process through most suitable IT platforms. Work with HRBPs to
improvise/simplify talent process approach and implementation. Build expertise in the HRBP leads to enable
them to partner with the senior leaders in order to deploy talent management process consistently across the
organization in order to ensure development of best in class talent capabilities in the organization.
● Culture Transformation: Work as a custodian of Culture transformation program having independent view on
the progress, to coach and train site teams and handhold them to drive interventions (derived out of
transformation journey) on sites, to conduct independent diagnostics of the site, to help the sites to break the
initial inertia and gain momentum.
● Working Framework: Contribute to the strategic agenda of the talent management and translate organizational
talent strategy into planning, governance framework and policy formulation. Collaborate with Dr Reddy’s
Corporate Talent Management CoE to understand best practices and implement relevant ones in APSL.
Adherence to processes during the TMB rollout across organization.

 Technical Requirements:
● Understanding of the technicalities of talent management processes
● Ability to conceptualize processes and frameworks for enabling talent related processes
● Good understanding of business and knowledge of industry wide talent management best practices and HR
processes

Education and Experience


● Full-time 2-years MBA in HR (XLRI/TISS/MDI only)
● Open to graduates of 2017/2018/2019/2020 batches only
