The first article :

1) The opening statment

The proposed C3SC cell-based MLI is self-balancing and has a voltage gain of two.

2) Summarizing
A nine-level inverter is derived with the proposed C2SC cell requiring only ten
switches and two FCs.for higher performance applications of MLI inverters a C3SC
cell is introduced. The proposed MLI has the advantage of being self-balancing and in
addition to having a voltage gain of two. The wide use of multi-level inverters returns
to their major advantage which is the quality of the output voltage and the low voltage
on the switches [1]-[2]. For this topology the minimization of switches is
recommended [3]-[4] in order to minimize losses, size and weight. This topology can
also configure in symmetric and asymmetric methods .it increases voltage and reduces
active switchs. In this work, we mainly also opt to keep the benefits of a SCMLI by
reducing the number of switches, conductors, barrier and status switches.
According to the comparative study the proposed topology is effective because it has
many advantages, such as the maximum blocking voltage of the switch is included in
Vin, the PWM system developed from simple logical doors… etc

The second article  :

1) The opening statement :

The proposed topology with a single DC source can achieve 13-level output, sextuple
boost, and selfvoltage balance of capacitors using only 14 switches.
2) Summarizing :
Multi-level inverters are very popular and widely used in several tasks in the electrical
field [1] because of their advantages such as the ability to operate in voltage, dv/dt
lower, low voltage on and better harmonic performance [2]. , they have 3 types of
topologies: multilevel neutral point inverter (NPC-MLI), multilevel inverter steering
capacitor (FC-MLI) and multilevel inverter cascade H-bridge (CHB-MLI) [3].
A multi-level inverter with switched capacitor has been designed to increase the
number of output levels, which can eliminate auxiliary balancing circuits. It can also
increase the inpute voltage without any transformer or bulki inductor. The proposed
topology provides an output of 13 levels and a voltage gain of 6 using only 14
switches. It is suitable for high voltage applications. In addition, the self-voltage
balance of the capacitors is guaranteed without the use of auxiliary circuits or
additional control methods.
