MY FAVORITE VACATION

My favorite vacation happened a day after school. It was a

Friday afternoon, I got a call from my older brother to tell
me that he couldn't go for his walk with the teachers
group. So he told me to go instead and I started packing
my clothes for the week I was expecting on the beach.

The journey started in the early morning and

took me 12 hours from Tena to Atacames. The
trip was fun because I met new people and
befriended a girl named Jessica.

When we get to our destination the first thing

we do is go to a restaurant to eat fresh seafood,
I ate seafood rice. We stayed at a hotel called
sireni's that was right in front of the sea. On the
hotel's terrace you could appreciate the
beautiful sea horizon.

The next day we went out in a tur where humpback

whales perform their courtship. They were in mating
season and it was very beautiful because it was my first
time to see a large animal very close to me.

I also took a ride on a banana boat, at night we

made a campfire on the beach. The next day we
go back to our cute Tena. My vacation was very
fun and beautiful.
