1. Verify that the volume check error is not isolated to a singular reagent
pack.
Ensure that the affected reagent pack is not empty.
2. Make sure the correct type of reagent probe is present.
Using a Centaur XP reagent probe on a Centaur XPT can damage the inside of the
heater coil tubing.

4. Inspect the tubing connection to the heater coil assembly.
Check that the tubing seal is tight and there are no leaks present.

6. Check that the fittings at the diluter syringes are tight and secure.
Ensure that the syringe is secured to the diluter and that the correct cable is going to
each of the diluter bodies.

7. Check for leaks at the FM2 (Fluid Module 2) manifold.
Ensure all fluidics fittings are tight. Check that the click and seal connectors are fully
secured.

8. Check all the valve connections on the FM2 (Fluid Module 2) manifold .
When performing a dispense test on any reagent probe, ensure that both applicable
valves come on together during a fluid dispense. Faulty connections or a faulty valve
can result in volume check errors. See example below.
Example. RP1 dispense test. Both valves come on. (V31 and V21)

9. Check all fittings at the water pressure pump.
Ensure the fittings are sealed and there is no air intake at these fittings.

10. Run the applicable volume check service sequence (r1volchk, r2volchk and
r3volchk) in 10 replicates.
