Dear Sirs:

My name is Javier Rodríguez López, in legal representation of my

Foundation for the Development of Creativity and Intelligence.

I am writing to submit my request.

The crisis we are currently facing deserves further attention before it

is too late regarding technology and its effects on the environment.

We cannot ignore that it has contributed to world development, but

its impact on the environment has left enormous damage. Polluted air

kills about seven million people each year.

Many of these air pollutants also contribute to global warming.

My wish for hope is in initiatives to improve air quality and fight

climate change.

Regards

Javier Rodriguez Lopez

Dear Mr. Guterres

Introduction

I am writing to you about the needs we have and how we can

transform the natural environment.

Accept this letter and help us change the planet.

This letter is a formal request that we can save lives.

I would like to take this opportunity to give you some ideas that may

be useful.
Development:

To begin with, I want that with your help we can take on the task of

the environment, we must take care of our environment since we

depend on the nature that surrounds us, to survive because we

obtain from it: the air we breathe, the fruits and vegetables that we

consume, etc. . For this we must: reduce paper consumption because

many trees are cut down for this, donate what we do not use, avoid

wasting water, not pollute rivers and seas with waste and garbage,

turn off electrical appliances to save energy, take advantage of

natural light, avoid transportation that pollutes the environment.

Conclution:

Environmental protection should be part of formal training programs

in different fields of education. In particular, the Law Degree must

contain compulsory subjects for the teaching of the constitutional

protection (and in the Statutes of Autonomy) of the environment, as

well as the teaching of the regulations and administrative

organization of this important public policy.
