Question : Suggest a diet chart for the members who are suffering from obesity.

Ans : I suggest this pyramid chart which is a diet chart for my mother who is suffering
from obesity.
The intake of oils,bad fats, and These are some foods which are

Ans: My BMI calculation,

Height : 153 centimeters = 1.53 meters

Square of height = (1.53*1.53)m²

= 2.34 m²

Mass : 40 kilograms

BMI : Mass/height² = 40/2.34 = 17.09
