Title of the text: _____Brown Eyes _________

Author: _ ________Paul Stewart ____________

Two facts I looked about the author:

1) first, when was the author born? Paul Steward was born in 1955 in London.
2) he has written three books. – corby flood - beyond the deepwoods – storm chaser

Why was it so important for Stephen Griggs to kill and imprison Peter? What
was the reason for pretending to be someone else? Perhaps jealousy or
perhaps spite…….

WRITING DOWN MY FEELINGS

My first impression when I started reading the beginning of this story was:
the description in addition of the story, just reading "a man pretends to be me"
becomes too intriguing for me, how to know why or who. a mystery.
In addition, when on page: 23 where Stephen arrives unexpectedly with a gun
and Susan says she knows him, and he replies, "I loved you."
I felt like: I was her, if I imagined myself in that situation, I would feel a bit scared,
and I thought why? he says it and answers came to me as I read on,

And I think that, maybe it is a past love affair, between Susan and Stephen,
where there is a grudge against peter because she was with peter. it is intriguing.
RECORDING MY EMOTIONAL RESPONSE

While reading this part of the story, I was: I found myself in a feeling of doubt,
with Susan because they both already knew there was a man pretending to be
peter, but Susan had no interest in finding out why, peter wants to go to the police,
but Susan makes excuses for him. there is something about Susan that she didn't
want peter to know.
It was when I read the following paragraph:

12
‘A man is pretending to be me,’ I said. ‘Why?’ ‘I don’t
know,’ said Susan. ‘But it’s not important. We’re .
‘Not important?’ I shouted. ‘I think it is. I . . . I’m
going to the police!’
‘No,’ said Susan. ‘They’ll laugh at you. We’ll find the
man. Lea-on-Sea isn’t very big. It’ll be easy.’ I looked
down. I didn’t want to meet the man! Susan looked into
my eyes. She took my hand. ‘I’m afraid, too,’ she said.

If you ask me about this story so far, I have to tell you that:
well after reading the whole story my point is this.
The story begins with the story of a couple arriving at their summer house or hotel
in Lea-on-Sea. The couple entered the house and said "Hello". The receptionist
said "Hello, Mrs. Reed".

Susan asked a petite fifteen-year-old Mary. Then Mrs. Brown walked into the
kitchen and Susan looked at her. She walked over to him and started talking. Then
they walked past Connor's cafeteria and started chatting. Then they walked and
kissed by the sea at dawn. They went to the hotel and looked at a picture on the
bed. But the door opened and a man with a gun walked in.
This person looks just like Peter. He said he fell in love with Susan, but Susan did
not love him. Smiling and shooting, Susan is dead. Then he hit Peter and put the
gun in his mouth. Peter listened to Mrs. Brown's speech and Stephen responded
on Peter's behalf. Then the police came in and caught Peter.

My point is that this story is interesting and strange, but it is intriguing, it makes you
think and want to continue reading, so it is perfect for anyone.
