Both of the sites road will be expanded. On the National Road ,to provide for public transportation and
the minor road, to ease the width of the road for pedestrians to pass by. Moreover, be able to provide
greeneries to the area. The Selling area is oriented to face the West to welcome and attract shop-
pers, a concession space preferably a bakery is purposely placed at the entrance of the supermarket
to attract the shoppers to buy or sit on the available tables and chairs .
Back of the House
The back of the house consists of the warehouse/ storage area , utilities and mechanical rooms and
the employees entrance. Since the site is a corner lot, high visibility is expected from both sides of
the access road. The warehouse is placed at the far end of the lot for it not to be visible to the shop-
pers and an access road is provided for the delivery circulation. Employees area is also placed at the
back of the house, but also near to the access road and is provided a parking area for its employees..
