Evidence: Job interview

Imagine you are applying for a new job. Below you will find some common job
interview questions. For this evidence, you have to record yourself while you
answer them. Dress up. Look professional. Pay attention to your body language.
Show you really want to get that job. Remember to use the grammar structures
and vocabulary you have practiced within this learning activity.

1. If you could start your career over again, what would you do differently?

I would have like to form an outsourcing of psychologist and start


independently.

2. During your performance reviews, what criticism do you hear the most?

Eventually, I have heard that companies are very interested in the


achievement orientation of their employees.
3. Tell me about your last position?

My last position I worked for the Digital Ware company as a psychology


within the human management modules.

4. What is your work philosophy?

My work philosophy is believe in yourself in what you know and your work
will be the best.

5. How have you changed professionally speaking in the last two years?

Professionally, I feel that I have changed my way of seeing my career not


limiting it to a single field of action but to several, that has allowed me to
be very versatile when it comes to working.

6. Tell me about the best manager you have ever had.

The best manager that I have had has been my first boss, he gave me
confidence in myself and taught me that learning from mistakes not a
defeat, it is another learning.

7. What were the most memorable accomplishments in your last position?

In my last position, I managed to ensure that the employees through the


psychological clinic could be cared with their families. I also made it take
a place on birthdays, ending each quarter of the year.

8. Why do you want to leave your current job?

I want to leave my current job because, I want to have a greater field of


action and reach the entire population at a clinical an organizational level.

9. In your previous position, how much time did you spend learning how to do
things better?

As long as I could each task performed was one more learning that enriched
me as a professional.
10. If you’re very happy with your current job, why do you want to leave?

Because, I got to the point where I can´t get any higher al the work level, I
want to keep showing that I am to run company.
