Evidence: Job interview

Imagine you are applying for a new job. Below you will find some common job
interview questions. For this evidence, you have to record yourself while you
answer them. Dress up. Look professional. Pay attention to your body language.
Show you really want to get that job. Remember to use the grammar structures
and vocabulary you have practiced within this learning activity.

1. If you could start your career over again, what would you do differently?
If I could start my career again, I would study accounting or something related to
administration.

2. During your performance reviews, what criticism do you hear most often?
The criticism I hear the most during my performance evaluation is that I am too
perfectionist, I love that everything is perfect and I do an excellent job.

3. Tell me about your last position? My last job was at Cruz Verde drugstore
where I worked as a pharmacy assistant.
4. What is your work philosophy? My work philosophy is to do things with love
and dedication, so my work will be very well done to meet the goals.

5. How have you changed professionally speaking in the last two years? In
the last two years I have changed professionally since I went from being a
pharmacy assistant to being an administrative assistant, growing professionally
and expanding my experience much more

6. Tell me about the best manager you've ever had. The best manager I have
ever had is called Karen Bedoya, a great human leader, with a lot of love and
commitment to the company and its workers.

7. What were the most memorable achievements in your last position?


My greatest achievements in my last job position was helping to improve the billing
indicators, fulfilling them 100 percent, helping my colleagues and my boss to
meet the company's objectives.

8. Why do you want to leave your current job? I want to leave my current
position as I want to grow professionally and exercise what I am studying.

9. In your previous position, how much time did you spend learning how to
do things better? In my previous position, I dedicated the eight years that I
spent in it to learning how to do things better, every day is a new learning.

10. If you are very happy with your current job, why do you want to leave?
Despite being very happy in my current position, I want to find a place where
they let me pursue my current career and thus be the best pharmacy manager.
