A) BUACS MEMBER-SCHOOLS
A.1) The School Administrators in each member-school are given the freedom to make

Wednesday and the first team will report on Thursday to Friday. This means that each team
will be able to work at five days per two weeks. Everybody is encouraged to bring their lunch
from home to lessen the time of travel and reduce the risk of contracting the virus. But during
work hours and in eating their lunch they should continually be conscious of the social

Monday to Wednesday and the first team will report on Thursday to Friday. This means that
each team will be able to work at five days per two weeks. Everybody is encouraged to bring
their lunch from home to lessen the time of travel and reduce the risk of contracting the virus.
But during work hours and in eating their lunch they should continually be conscious of the
social distancing strategy maintaining the one-meter distance from one another.
A.1.4) For those working at their homes, the School Administrator and the concerned
personnel shall both determine the equivalent tour of duty of the work being brought home
so that the five-day work week in a two-week time shall be fulfilled.
A.1.5) A flexible work schedule may also be done in view of the difficulty in finding
transportation to and from the workplace. They just have to see to it that the time served
would be the same of the regular schedule of seven (7) hours a day.
A.1.5) All personnel are to be paid in their full salaries unless on leave without pay not
because of the coronavirus. For those required for home quarantine, they receive the same
salary as if there is no absence but their sick & vacation leave will be forfeited if they still have
the unspent number of days.
B.1) As regards the services of the Working Students, the following guidelines shall be
enforced:
B.1.1) The Working Students shall be divided into two (2) groups. One group shall report from
6:00 in the morning to breakfast. They shall return to duty in the afternoon from 1:00p.m. to

Protector of the Church and all the Saints.
