Admas University wants a database system which makes the whole registration process to be done
through the data base system. The registration process includes admission process to new students,
readmission, withdrawal and more over it shows the results of students. Applying this database system
will make the old paper based registration to be eliminated and makes the registration process easy and
accessible at any place and also makes the registrar to manage students easily and efficiently which
reduced workload. The project is given for a data base developing company named ABC trading since
the University wants the data base system to be applied on the coming year it needs the project to be
done within 3-month of time.

2.It is temporary because the projects is done in a defined time which is 3 month.

3.The project benefit the recipient which is the university to make the registration process easy and
accessible and reduces work load.

4.The goal of the project is to modernize the old paper based registration system and make it a data
base system.

5.The resources needed to be allocated is

-Human resource which are computer skilled personnel who can write the code to develop the database
system.

-Material resource such as computers which are controllers of the data base system.
