wants to work peacefully and have their payment on time with safety working environment. And so on.

thing what to do so it will create unorganized activities going on. Such as the décor can

be celebrated as planned. Participates will not execute their work responsibly. The
brides and grooms will not be properly dresses, the decoration of the wedding hall will
