1.-were the original objectives of the project delivered?

-What do I need to measure?

-How will I give and receive feedback?

-Do I understand the project management journey?

2. Because it is on this phase that we finally observe the final complete outcome of the project we
cannot assess the effort we put has paid off earlier unless it has been executed and delivered. It is on
this phase that we see the plans we made are executed on to something that can meet the objectives of
our project.

Page 4

1.It is on this phase that learning experience is gained so what we need to do to get the maximum
benefit from the entire journey is to evaluate the project, this will encourage as to change our behavior,
change our practices, and improves our performance for the next project.

2. Project wrap up, evaluating project success, and capturing lessons learned

3. Ensure the project is handed over, ensure the project Is accepted by customer, ensure the project is
approved

4. The project team might be exhausted since the end for the project has come they might lose focus on
the remaining work and also their performance may gradually decrease relatively from the performance
they have at the beginning of the project or they might see the closure of the project as a simple thing
and do not give much attention and to solve this motivation is needed to solve the problem. To make
them focused and consistent on their performance.

way a team or an organization functions, to achieve higher levels of customer
satisfaction.
 A manager should evaluate his/her team member regularly and not just once a
year. This way, the team can avert new and unexpected problems with constant
work being done to improve competence and efficiency.
The management can effectively manage the team and conduct productive
resource allocation after evaluating the goals and preset standards of
performance.
11. Because a project is not an individual performance its the sum up of the performance of a project
team as whole. Projects can succeeded if the project team can work in collaboration.

1. For a larger project we cannot be closely involved on the project because there are wide range of
stakeholders and activities going on its challenging to evaluate every single thing individually as in small
projects and it requires a greater approach.

2. What is the current schedule and cost status for your project?

3. This is a plan that simply defines what the project manager hopes the project will look like it includes
cost, time, and goal factors using reasonable estimates. Your performance measurement would only be
meaningful if you had an accurate baseline.

4. The project’s baseline is used to measure how performance deviates from the plan.

Page 6

1 .It means that every organization has its own set of culture and structure it works on. On a project we
should be aware of our organization because it will help us to manage the project according to our
organizations capability of performing on projects. And also it will help us to align our organization with
the project in hand.

2. Organizations are systematic arrangement of entities targeted at accomplishing a purpose, which may
involve undertaking projects. An organization’s environment, culture, style, structure, and many more

1. Reflecting back is important in project management because it helps us learn from our experience,
either good or bad. If we don’t take the time to reflect on what we did or didn’t go well, then we’ll make
the same mistakes or fail to repeat behaviors that lead to success. In project management terms, it is
lesson learned and making sure we use them to increase the chances of project success.

This could be described as a look back over a project to see what can be learned and this lessons might
be employed to future projects as part of this process feedback should also be obtained from the project
team the customer users or any key stakeholders the lessons learned in feedback process form parts of
what we would refer to as the project closure phase with many projects there are usually areas that can
be improved upon

2. Strongly agree

3. The opportunity to capture lessons learned may be lost.

-The opportunity to reduce risk and uncertainty

-The opportunity to avoid redundant effort

-The opportunity for personal and professional growth may be lost.

4. Because through the journey of the project there are different set of tasks that the project manager
set out to accomplish. The fulfillment of each of those activities will lead to the project success. But on
the way how much of it is achieved to come to an end of the project is a major question should be asked
“did I get there the way I expected to?” this will help us to know if the setout plan for the project is
maintained.

5. It is beneficial and advisable to communicate constantly with stakeholders in order to collaborate on

the project because after all, they are also affected by the product. If the project is small in size, the
number of stakeholders can be small. However, if it is large and expanded to a large area, one may have
a huge number of stakeholders, including communities or the general public. Also, all stakeholders are
not alike. They have different expectations and needs. One must treat every stakeholder uniquely
according to their needs or else the stakeholders might feel left out which can put the project in danger.
So, we should evaluate if the stakeholders were kept informed of the project success.

6. Because each phase has unique issues, methods, and procedures. We should be able to evaluate the
agreed project life cycle is followed each of this phases are guidelines that a project should follow if this
of the agreed steps are not followed we may not achieve the required outcome from the project.

7. from the perspective of the client

-The project will go in unorganized manner so it will create a confusion and will not trust the work

-The expected outcome from the project will not be achieved so he/she may terminate the project

From the perspective of the contractor

-he/she will not control how the project is going own many loses will be incurred

-The organizational structure of the firm will be affected because during execution there is no clear role

8. He should a questions such as

- Were the project objectives achieved?

-Did the project stay within budget?

-Did the team work well together?

-Were the stakeholders kept informed of the project success?

-Was the agreed project life cycle followed?

-Were risks identified and managed effectively?

This will give him a constructive feedback to improve his/her skills

1. To ask his self a question “have we done everything that we were expected to do” have all the project
deliverables which have been defined in your project planning have those deliverables been delivered
and not only have they been delivered but have they been delivered to the satisfaction to the
acceptance of the customer. It is not simply a case well off delivered a document or a widget or
whatever has it met the requirements of the customer. Have you satisfied all of the obligations that you
made with your customers, there are also the cost accounts or control accounts in defining a project in
terms of a WBS there is also the allocation of funding for the work and one of the approach is to do that
and to manage that concept of earned value management what is called controlled accounts are
established there is an allocated budget and value management as a tool on methodology that a project
manager can use to see how they are progressing when you get to the end of a project have those
control accounts have been full filled and then have they actively been closed all money and budgets
been reassigned back to the company.
2. Learning from the lesson is a key to any endeavor. And it is more elaborated in a clear sentence those
who failed to learn from history are condemned to repeat it.

3. After all the project is executed according to the requirement of the customer and the project
outcome should be in line with the need of the customer.

4.-I will constantly communicate with the customers to get the approval of the events that I planned to
execute on the wedding day.

-The feed backs after completion of the weeding would also help to know if the requirements are met.

The requirements are captured and documented during first meetings and also by assessing the
personality of the customers trying to understand what they like moreover, consistent communication
will help to capture their requirements.

5. My approach to lessons learned is not only just doing at the as part of the project close out I would
like to also schedule lessons learned activities during project execution at key milestones of a project

6. The questions he asked as part of the project are where this phase of works what we have just
completed, how well did we do it, what went well, what didn’t go well, what would we do different next
time

7. I did well in university in both academic, social life skills, and adapting to new environment. Over
above I have stepped one level from my high school years I can say I have transferred from average level
in to above average level.

8. The things that went well are

-I succeeded having a good friends from university

9. The things that didn’t go well are

-I didn’t gain much of practical knowledge

-Some of the major courses were taught by teachers who has no ability to teach and it has affected the
learning and teaching process

10. -I will try to gain practical experiences as much as possible

-I will not depend on teachers lecture only I will refer as much as possible

project lets them know that it was a joint effort to complete the project. Although the accountability

-on page 6 the question “The interviewee talks about he importance of understanding our organisation,
what does this mean?” in this question “he” should be “the” and “organisation” should be
“organization”.

“Project closure and handover”

-On page 9 the question “What would we do different next time if you go back ti university?” should be
corrected as “what would you do different next time if you go to university?”

Summary

project will be completed and closed. And subsequently handed over to the buyer or project sponsor
encouraging honest feedback from stakeholders is important to ensure that any future projects can be
