With new OMRON HMIs like NB-Series, we can connect to them via USB, Enthernet, but
for older models like NT-Series, we can only connect to them via COM DB9.

Therefore, this article plc247.com will guide you to make 1 programming cable OMRON
NT-Series via RS-232 port.

Preparation

1. Jack port COM-DB9 Male (Connect to the RS232 port of the HMI)

2. Jack port COM-DB9 Female (Connect to a computer)

This is a fairly easy cable to make, you just need to solder it as the schematic diagram to
make sure you can connect to the OMRON NT-Series HMI.
