To whom it may concern,

It is my pleasure to recommend Mr. Joe Janosik for a teaching position in your

district. I’ve known Joe, as his <ield instructor, since August of 2020. In the
time I’ve worked with him, Mr. Janosik has not only shown his ability to plan,
teach, and assess student progress, but has also demonstrated passion for
teaching social studies content.

Mr. Janosik is presently completing his yearlong student-teaching internship

at Waverly High School teaching World History—concurrently taking
graduate-level courses as part of his program with MSU. In this time, Joe has
been professional, taught with a number of instructional strategies, and has
been a pleasure to work with.

Along with his mentor and other professionals, I have noted Joe’s poise, work
ethic, and friendly disposition. Joe cares about his practice, his students, and
uses technology in productive ways. Moreover, even with the COVID-19
pandemic shifting school to an online format, Joe worked to get to know his
students and attend to their social and emotional well-being.

Joe is enthusiastic, open to feedback, and constantly seeks to improve. Hiring

a responsible team-player like Mr. Joe Janosik will undoubtedly enrich your
College of school and wider community; I encourage you to do so. Feel free to contact
