Connect to FortiClient VPN Using Duo Multi-Factor Authentication

1. Launch the FortiClient application on the laptop or desktop.

2. Enter your Concentrix SSO username and password.


3. You should now receive a push notification on your Duo app or a phone call.
Carefully listen to the message and press any key to get through to VPN
authentication.

If you want to manually enter a passcode, you can add a comma (",") to the end
of your password (no space), followed by a Duo passcode (available from the Duo
App). For example, given a username bob, with password password123 and a Duo
passcode 123456, you would enter:

username: bob

password: password123,123456

If you want to choose your method of authentication, you may type a comma after
your password and then specify push, phone or SMS.

Type “yourpassword,push” if you choose to authenticate using the Duo mobile


“Push”

“Phone” Type “yourpassword,phone” to authenticate using the call-back option.

Type “yourpassword,SMS” to authenticate using a one-time passcode sent to


“SMS” you as a text (SMS). If you choose the SMS option, you will get a pop-up to
enter the SMS passcode.

For example: If you wanted to use phone call (rather than a passcode) to
authenticate, you would enter:
username: bob

password: password123,phone

Than you will receive phone call from Duo, carefully listen the message and press any
key to get through VPN authentication.

4. On successful authentication, you will see the below pop-up. Click Continue and you
will be connected to Fortinet.
