AKRAM DY. MANAGER AUDIT & LIFE THREATs FROM
THE CULPRITs EMPLOYEES OF EHV-I, NTDC LAHORE.

Respected Sir;-

In accordance with the provision contained in PUBLIC INFORMATION ACT-

2017, the information from Chief Internal Auditor NTDC relating to the status of losses
pointed out by the Internal Audit NTDC was asked for on 11.11.2020, in the interest of
Company and Nation under intimation to following;-

1. Mr. Omer Rasul Secretary, Power Division

Room No. 202-203, 2nd Floor, A Block Pak Secretariat, Islamabad.
2. Chairman Board Of Directors NTDC C/O Company Secretary NTDC,
Room No. 407, Wapda House, Lahore.

3. Chairman NAB, Municipal Road, G-6 Markaz Islamabad.

4. Managing Director, NTDC, 414, Wapda House, Lahore.

It is regretted to point out that none of above bothered to given attention

towards the national Interests up till 31.12.2020, however the NAB authorities take
up the matter with MD NTDC to provide the record vide letter under reference.
On receipt of letter/reminder from NAB Mr. Akram Dy. Manager Audit visited an
office today and tried to irritate the formation against me by saying that I (Asif Gillani)
has offered to NAB for providing services for verification of record violently and
created demonstrative atmosphere against me with bad and un-ethical words.
Consequently some of Culprits who are involved in such misappropriation of funds and
material raised slogans in office against me and threatened for bad consequences.

The said dis-information has also been spread by the delinquents among the
then management of EHV (now retired) they also offered vulgar and un-ethical
remarks about me.
 The Chief Auditor NTDC Mr. Waseem Ishaq Khokhar Chief Internal Auditor
NTDC and Mr. Muhammad Akram Dy. Manager Audit had already personal grudge
due to pointing out their mismanagement and Corrupt practices. They already had
rejected my all my 09 No. Complaints for legitimate Claims by providing fake and
fictitious information to CITIZENS PORTAL of Prime Minister of Pakistan as revenge.
The matter was laso brought in the Notice of Managing Director NTDC for many times
but he did not given any importance.
In the current scenario the Internal Audit is taking its last breaths on Ventilator
due to unlawful policies, lack of knowledge about Rules & Regulations and in-
experienced activities as well as dictatorial treatment with the staff. On pointing out
their ineligibilities and lake of interest they all have become my ENEMY and trying their
best to prepare a group of CULPRITS to demonstrate against me and also to
assassination the Character with threats of life in office.
Mr. Akram Dy. Manager asked the formation to prepare the suspicious replies
by showing sympathy and assured by announcing settlement of all Audit Paras
before furnishing the replies to NAB. Since I have no concern with the NAB or NTDC
management either they make good the loss from delinquents or settle the pointed out
loss nor I have offered any services to NAB in this regard.
You are therefore, requested to warn Mr. Muhammad Akram Dy. Manager Audit
for providing any disinformation in the field offices and also direct him to avoid my
character assassinations if any loss or damages arrived at, as a result of his dis-
information by those culprits who are openly threatening for bad consequences, the
total responsibility will be upon Mr. Waseem Ishaq Khokhar CHIEF INTERNAL
AUDOITOR NTDC and Mr. Muhammad Akram Dy. Manager Audit.
NOTE;- If Mr. Muhammad Akram Dy. Manager Audit NTDC did not change his
aggressive, un-ethical blemish attitude, I have the right to bring on record
the evidences of his corrupt practices including appointment on BOGUS
MEDICAL CERTIFICATE and suspicious un-verified degree.
