2. The 33rd Mid-Career Management Course will commence from 14.02.2022 to


22.04.2022 simultaneously at NIM Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar & Quetta. The nominated officers may
report to NIM Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar and Quetta on 11.02.2022. The above nominations are
subject to provision of latest Annual Medical Examination Reports to the concerned/respective NIMs.
As per Prime Minister’s directive, issued vide Establishment Division’s D.O letter No. 05.11.2000-T-
II/T-I dated 10.06.2014 all Ministries/Divisions/Departments are bound to relieve the officers on their
selection for training course without fail. The Ministries/Divisions/Departments shall make stop-gap
arrangements, as the nominated officers are not required to attend their offices while undergoing
training. Non-compliance of the directions of the Prime Minister shall tantamount to disciplinary
proceedings under the relevant rules. Further, according to Rule 8(b) of the Civil Servants Promotion
(BPS-18 to BPS-21), if the officer fails thrice for any reason to attend the mandatory training he/she
will be recommended for supersession.

3. Furthermore, if any change of station is required, same may be communicated to this


office by close of business hours today i.e. 07-02-2022 for onward submission to Establishment
Division before the cut-off date for the same i.e.09-02-2022.

2. The course will be commencing from 14-02-2022. The nominated officers may report to NIMs
Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar and Quetta on 1 lth February, 2022. The above nominations are subject to
provision of latest Annual Medical Examination Reports to be submitted to respective NIMs.

3 It is also pertinent to mention here that after the split of MCMC, into 10 weeks at NIM & 4 weeks at ST1
in accordance with the decision of Federal Cabinet, the course fee for each participant has been divided
between the respectiveNIM and the Specialized Training Institutes, which amounts to Rs.160,7141- per
participant, at NIMs, Karachi Lahore, Peshawar and Quetta (10 weeks) and Rs.64,286/- per
participant (4 Weeks) for Specialized Training Institutes. The payment of course fee in respect of officers
of occupational groups and Ex-cadre officers of all Ministries1 Divisions and their attached departments will
be made by the Establishment Division while in case of officers of the Provincial Governments and
autonomous bodies/organizations etc. nominated for the course shall be arranged by their respective
departments/govemments etc., and to this effect payment shall be remitted to the respective Director
General, NIM, through bank draWcross chequelpay order at the time of joining the course by the officer
concemed or as early as possible.

4. As per the Prime Minister's directive. issued vide this Division's DO letter No.
511 112000-T-IIIT-1dated 10-06-2014 all Ministries/Divisionsl Departments are bound to relieve the officers
on their selection for training course without fail. The MinistriesIDivisionsl Departments shall make stop-
gap arrangements, as the nominated officers are not required to attend their offices while undergoing
training. Non-compliance of the directions of the Prime Minister shall tantamount disciplinary proceedings
under the Government Skvants (E&D) Rules. 1973. Further, according to Rule 8 (b) of the Civil Servants
Promotion (BPS-18 to BPS-21) Rules. 2019, if the officer fails thrice for any reason to attend the mandatory
training will be recommended for supersession.

5. The last date for the submission of withdrawal/change of station request is 09-02-2022. No requests
shall be entertained after the due date. I
