Dear ABC,

I am excited to see IBM revolutionizing the healthcare ecosystem through

introducing worlds’ first quantum computing technology. My education in business
has prepared me to excel in similar environments that nurture ideas that make a far-
reaching difference in the communities.   

I love to interact with people and help them in all the capacities I can. I enjoy
working with people from diverse backgrounds. I find it amazing that
IBM encourages a culture that is open and supportive and where different
perspectives are heard and respected equally. 

Volunteering at Fredericton’s Community kitchens has been an eternal learning

experience for me. I feel motivated to continually be of value to the community and
the people who nurture it. I have met many interesting people, from diverse social
backgrounds, who have eventually turned into friends.  

Before pursuing MBA, I worked with two product-based companies in the software
industry. I assisted clients in identify gaps in their operations and
recommended technology solutions that changed the status quo for the better. As a
trusted advisor, I helped clients realize their CRM, analytics, and contact center
technology needs. 
I dealt with clients like Swiggy Inc. that is the Canadian equivalent of Doordash. The
recommended solution helped them improve their customer engagement time and
workforce utilization by 95% and 80 % respectively. Other key activities included
delivering product demos and collaborating with multiple teams to design customized
solutions. 

I feel fascinated by Arvind Krishna’s journey and his vision for IBM as a leading

cloud management provider. His interview at the MasterCard newsrooms shared
terrific insights about how the nature of work would look in the future, as companies
pivot their way through the pandemic. His definition of
innovation will consistently motivate me to think critically, of ways, to draw out the
high value in processes for my clients, my colleagues, or my family. I    

My excitement and eagerness grow exponentially as I realize the opportunities for

growth and learning, IBM has to offer. I see myself growing into the role and
helping clients to new geographies and clients. I plan to add value through my past
experiences and best practices I’ve learned in discovering gaps and recommending
solutions over the years.
