· That I stay in Australia , it is not possible for me to look after, manage or transfer/exchange
of the land , that mentioned in the schedule as and when required.

· That I do hereby appoint my mother Khursheed Jahan , Nationality Bangladeshi by birth,

whose NID No is- 8233692410, permanent address is Flat no. 3/B , House# 3/8 , Block- G,
Lalmatia, Mohammadpur, Dhaka-1207 ,as my true and lawfully constituted Attorney to
execute sell or exchange of land mentioned in the schedule to any third person by virtue this
power of Attorney .
