What about the programme do you find most appealing? (e.g. the structure, content or
other)
I want to point out that why I would like to study in Sweden. First of all I would like to
mention the excellence of study. Moreover, the curriculum of the program is quite parallel to
my ambitions as I want to gain a broader view in international Human Resource
Management and to improve myself in investment global management, business modeling
and Business management. I spoke to some people who studied in this particular program
and the feedback they gave me about the quality of education and career opportunities was
more than satisfying.

How have past experiences (academic, professional or personal) shaped your interest?

I completed my Diploma in Business Management from Raffles KvBCollege in 2009 and

Certificate IV in Business Management from Raffles KvB College in 2008. After that I
completed my graduation from (Major in Human Resource). I was working as a supervisor at
Complete Laundry and Linen service, Sydney, Australia. That professional journey helped
me in many ways. I got the opportunity to observe the activities of a human resource
manager and it seemed to me very interesting. I hope in future I will be able to apply the
knowledge. This experience enhanced my professional skills.
In what ways do you think the programme may help you reach professional goals?

After completion my graduation on Human Resource Management, I believe that I will acquire
the essential skill of analytical thinking and information evaluation related to the field of
Strategic Human Resource Management and Labour Relations. So I believe in my capacity to
integrate and adapt to a newly environment where I can use these skills.
