To prepare fabric costing and consumption for marketing department and worked
at development sample

Coordinate department (Marketing, PPC, sampling)

GGT Incharge will be responsible for fabric planning , trail run, pattern adjustment
and cutting plan

Job description of marker maker

Marker maker will be responsible of Marker making, plotting and feed in excel
sheets

Coordinate department (cutting ,PPC )

Process flow of GGT Department

 First of all received marketing plan about customer order


 Draw pattern according to tech pack
 Make pattern and marker making to produced consumption sheets
 This consumption sheets deliver to marketing after conformation of order
rework on this order
 After this develop proto type sample and second fit sample
 After receiving approved garments specs, require quantity,in size and color
from PPC
 Development of size set planning and make its marker
 Forward this planning to PPC
 Size set sample goes to marketing and after receiving comments rework on
it
 Marker paper proceed to cutting for final trial
 After this cut parts stitch in stitching and make internal adjustment report
(Pre Production Sample)
 Marker maker make pattern according to size and color wise for bulk
quantity
 Placement pattern gives to stitching department
