b) Specific Content Lesson: Fixed Mindset & Growth Mindset
c) Name of the Activity: Drawing/Canvas
d) Activity Objectives: To improve creativity and imagination while learning the difference
between a fixed mindset and growth mindset.
e) Directions:
1) Instruct the students to prepare one art material (pencil, crayon, etc.)
2) Assign the students to draw the first thing that comes to their mind using their
chosen art material.
3) Allow the students to further improve their drawing while still using their chosen
art material.
f) Discussion Questions:
• With only one art material, how did you improve your drawing?
• Give an example wherein you develop it into a growth mindset?
• Is it helpful to have a growth mindset rather than a fixed mindset?
• How can you apply it to your everyday life?
g) Content lesson about the activity: Having a growth mindset is better than having a fixed
mindset.

b) Specific Content Lesson: Plato’s Philosophical Perspective
c) Name of the Activity: Reflection paper
d) Activity Objectives: To further understand one’s philosophical self through Plato’s
perspective.
e) Directions:
1) Instruct the students to prepare one intermediate paper.
2) Let the students give examples of the different aspects (the appetitive part, the
spirited, and the intellectual)
f) Discussion Questions:
• Learning from Plato’s perspective, how would you rate yourself?
• What are your realizations about yourself?
• Is it helpful to differentiate the different aspects?
• How can you apply it to your everyday life?
g) Content lesson about the activity: Learning to love and respect yourself.

2) Encourage the students to share their ideas and experiences.

• Are there any factors that could affect your relationship with your family?
• How did your family influence you to be the person you are today?

of the mind.

1) The students will be grouped into three.
2) Each one will be assigned to either Id, Ego, or Superego.
3) The teacher will give a specific scenario to roleplay while taking to account their
assigned province of the mind.

• What is the difference between the three?
• Is it helpful to know the differences between the three?
• Knowing the difference, how can you apply it to your everyday life?

1) Hatiin ang mga estudyante sa dalawang grupo.
2) Magkaroon o alamin ang mga iba’t-ibang ideya o paniniwala ng bawat isa.
3) Pumili ng isang magsasalita upang ipaliwanag ang bawat punto.

• Sa iyong palagay, ang pagpapakatao ba ay malinaw na indikasyon ng
pagpapakilala ng isang sarili? Bakit?
• Magbigay ng mga halimbawa na ang pagpapakatao ay mas mahalaga bilang
maging tao?
• Makakatulong ba ito sa iyong pag-unlad sa paanong paraan?
• Paano mo ito maisasabuhay?

maihahalintulad sa isang bola na umiikot at tumatalbog kung saan ka paparoon.
