Company Profile

Paramount Textile Limited (PTL) was incorporated on June 12, 2006 and started
commercial operation on September 1, 2008. It is a concern of Paramount group of
companies which was established in 1986. PTL engaged in manufacturing a
diversified range of yarn & solid dyed woven fabrics that are consumed by export
oriented garments industries in Bangladesh. The manufacturing facility of the
Company is situated at Sreepur, Gazipur. PTL’s product portfolio includes 100%
cotton yarn dyed fabrics, cotton solid white fabrics, striped and check shirts, stretch
fabric etc. The finish products are sold to different units to produce readymade
garment for final export. The Company also has yarn dyeing and fabrics processing
facilities to support the core activity. In last year, the Company has exported
almost USD 40 million worth of merchandise worldwide. The Company has been
graded as an Oeko-Tex Standard 100 (STANDARD 100 by OEKOTEX® is an
independent product label for all types of textiles tested for harmful materials)
export oriented Bangladeshi manufacturer. Recently the Company has decided to
invest in power generation business and signed a contract with BPDB to Own and
Operate a quick rental for 5 years power plant with the capacity of 200 MW.
