Salesperson to help us build and scale up our business activities.
Cosmetics Salesperson job responsibilities majorly include discovering and
tracking new sales prospects, negotiating deals and ensuring high levels of
customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills, do not shy away

2. General Summary 
 Working with sales teams and conducting product demonstrations to
generate an interest in beauty items as well as promoting and selling
beauty and cosmetic products to buyers and retailers, in order to meet
sales targets and increase profits for the company.

  Principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products

 Knowledge of company products, services, policies and procedures.
 Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
 Production ingredients, production processes, quality control, costs,
and other techniques about making cosmetics.
 Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language
including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition and
grammar
 Skill in: 
 Talking to others to convey information effectively
 Active listening (Giving full attention to what other people are saying,
taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as
appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times)
 Skill in communication, persuasion and negotiation to convey
information effectively, build good relationships with potential
customers and increase revenue.

4. Essential Job Functions (Responsibilities)


 Receive and ensure the input quantity and quality of products.
 Greet customers, provide information about the items and help
customers find items in the store.
 Ensure sales and turnover.
 Keep available goods in preservation; check for stock and keep track
of inventory.
 Receive and elevate complaints to management.
 Make periodical report.
 Forge and maintain professional relationships with buyers and
retailers
 Inform customers of suitable options for them and provide samples.

5. Education and experience


 Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, plus 1-2 years industry
experience.
 Priority is given to candidates with certificates of soft skills courses
such as communication courses, teamwork, sales skills. Marketing,
customer service experience helpful, supervisory.

7. Working Condition 
 Work in comfortable, clean, and well-lit store
 Work from 9 a.m to 5 p.m (1 hour lunch) from Monday to Friday

9. Salary Range
The median annual wage for Cosmetic salesperson is around $33,610.
