I would research comparable positions and their starting salaries, and if I give Gabriel a
number that is toward the top of that spectrum. I think any salary that is competitive in
comparison to other similar entry level positions would be acceptable. Obviously people
go to work to make money, so they are going to want to start with the highest pay they
can get, but Jekyll corporation may counter with a lower offer because the applicant is a
fresh out of school and may lack experience in that particular position. Potential
employees are hoping for the highest salary possible and that’s probably what an
applicant would be thinking “internally”. The realistic number is the amount you would
give Gabriel. You would find this number by doing research. But from my side I think
2500$ salary a month is much enough for a a people don’t have experience. I know that
finding a good paying job that you also like doing is very difficult. To keep someone
interested even when the job isn’t in the most fascinating time you would have to pay
them a decent salary, which would for me right now would be about 3,000- 3500 a
month.

Yes, whether the company performs ethically plays a huge role in my decision making
process on whether I would work there or not. Working at an unethical company could
be much more stressful than working in a company that has no secrets. Also, if Hyde
Associates is willing to act so unethically, how do they treat their employees?

Yes, since people are demanding a greater discount to buy Hyde Associates’ goods, Hyde
will not be making as much profit as Jekyll, or since they use child labor they will be
making the same profit as Jekyll. Since Hyde is willing to cut corners in their production
to save some money as an applicant you can almost guarantee that they don’t pay most
employees what they’re worth.

Summary:
You have been offered a job by jekyll corporation. Job is related to your career. Everything is
fine in this job. Apart from this, company also have a reputable position. And they want from
you to join their company. Your colleagues who are working there also very satisfied and
confident about this corporation. HR managers called you to read some initial terms. Everything
was great except one, that is none other than salary which is not mentioned. What starting salary
it would take you to accept jekyll corporations offer.
