Q.1 What causes the employee feel dissatisfied at the workplace?


A lack of interest in the work is another reason why employees are unhappy. It could be that the
work is monotonous, which causes boredom and little incentive to concern themselves
with workplace productivity. Or, workers may feel unfulfilled in their jobs.

I agree with it. Managers should do everything they can to enhance job satisfaction because job
satisfaction is said to improve employee productivity, creativity, and commitment to the
organization, and reduce absenteeism.

Q.3 Positive attitudes can create employee job satisfaction. State your opinion and example
to substantiate this assertion.

 The employees that have a positive attitude towards their job usually live a satisfactory
and dignified life.

 A positive attitude is essential for productivity and helps the organization meet its goals
and objectives. It helps the company meet the employee turnover.

 The employees feel confident in their work and find positivity in their workplace. Certain
factors that lead to positive attitude are compensation or pay, job security, opportunities
to use skills and abilities.

 Simon has the habit of claiming others work as his personal achievement. He often fails
to acknowledge the staff that did the job, and claims the rewards offered by the top
management for himself
 Simon also penalized Alex by taking away his promotion, increment and bonus; leaving
the employee to work under pressure.

Q.5 How Simon’s negative attitudes affect to the employee’s job dissatisfaction?

Ans: Simon’s negative attitudes affect the whole company employee’s job dissatisfaction.
Twenty employees resigned because of his attitude and character caused job
dissatisfaction among employees. One of the serious cases of Simon that he had a bad habit of
claiming other works as his personal achievement. Employee pay attention to work hard, treat
company as family always do over time. They are supposed to share their achievement
together. Simon on this bad habit causes employees not willing to work for company, losing
motivation.

Ans: One of the most important facets of change management is resistance to change. It is simply
human nature to counteract any changes and maintain the status. Managers must understand these
problems and help the employees adopt these changes smoothly.
